The Lincat Seal LD2 heated display with gantry is fitted with halogen heat lamps give an instant, appealing glow for attractive display of open dishes.  Thermostatic control allows base heat to be adjusted to suit a variety of food products and the lamps can be turned off for easy replacement and if covered dishes are served.

The Parry Alpha CCBM carvery bain marie is ideal for sunday lunches, the unit comes complete with spiked carvery plates for easy carving and a bain marie perfect for gravy or veg storage.  The unit has an overhead heat lamp to impart a warm glow to food and to keep food at an even temperature distribution by heating from above and below.

Parry Alpha C2LU carvery servery lamp unit keeps food at ready to serve temperatures.  The unit has 2 x 250w infrared lamps which impart a warm attractive glow to food, the base is heated by a 400w element to ensure even temperature distribution and the unit is constructed entirely from stainless steel for durability.

The unique Parry AGPC1 is an LPG pie cabinet complete with 3 shelves and sliding doors to the rear.  The unit comes complete with piezo ignition, temperered glass throughout and a water trough to prevent food from drying out.
